Constructed of durable stainless steel with radius corners and cool-touch handles, this cabinet is equipped with field-reversible door(s) featuring self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic gaskets and latch. With solid-state controls and individual thermostat regulation, it ensures that food is held at a consistent serving temperature between 70F and 215F (21C to 102C), while allowing for humidity levels of up to 95%.
